What is your favorite aspect of this product?
one of the aspects I really appreciate about GoTo Meeting is its incredibly reasonable pricing structure. It's refreshing to find a robust video conferencing solution that doesn't break the bank. The fact that it offers such a competitive pricing model while still delivering a comprehensive set of features is a definite win. Additionally, the ample storage capacity provided is a standout feature. It's reassuring to know that I can store recordings, documents, and other meeting-related materials without worrying about running out of space. This combination of affordability and ample storage makes GoTo Meeting an attractive and practical choice
What do you dislike most about this product?
In my experience, GoToMeeting's limitations on the free plan(although its free only for 14 days but not after) , integration hiccups, and occasional screen-sharing delays on tablets are disappointing. Configuration issues like lacking single sign-on and Outlook integration create extra steps. Stable internet is crucial, and outdated hardware may not fully utilize the platform. Premium features come at additional costs, potentially straining budgets. Limited chat capabilities and the absence of a free plan also affect the overall user experience.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Based on my experience, I would advise potential users to ensure a stable internet connection and updated equipment. Consider the budget for premium features and review the plan options thoroughly. Evaluate the integration needs with existing tools like Outlook. If chat functionality is a priority, compare alternatives. Keep in mind that while GoToMeeting offers a trial, explore other options if a free plan is preferred for long-term use.

GoTo meeting is a lot more complicated to use. With scheduling, and permission’s, and needing the other person to download something makes it inconvenient

The content sharing feels secure and private

The extra steps you have to go in order to use it, scheduling can be more complicated than needed.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Look at all meeting options before selecting. This one is alright but requires more steps to function well
