What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The video and audio quality while not the best out there, works fine for me , even when the quality of internet connection is a bit patchy. Screen sharing on this software is always smooth for me as well , and the mobile app has proven to be a fantastic medium for me to initiate or join video conference calls without any hindrance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Goto meeting can seem quite outdated , when its user interface design and navigation is compared with leading video conferencing programs. This does clearly affect usability , especially in the early days of a new user.

Once new users are able to come to terms with the old school styled user interface present on Goto meeting, it becomes smooth sailing for the most part.

Features like the 'call me' feature that provides me with a secure way to join the audio versions of team conference calls by simply answering my phone, like a normal phone call. This has proven to be a reliable way for me to join meetings ,especially in locations where internet connections are not the best.

Goto meeting has a mobile app, which works to optimize my bandwidth consumption , is easy to use , sends me real time meeting reminders and offers me a distraction free conferencing mode option , ensuring that my video conferencing sessions are devoid of as few external distractions on my mobile phone as possible.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Goto meeting works well on computer browser , but I have never been impressed by the quality of my experience when I have used the web browser version , as against the desktop or mobile app version. There is also no provision or feature tool for automatically generating meeting summaries.
