What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Graphext's Customer Intelligence Platform helps us market globally by developing targeted e-commerce strategies for different regions. By analyzing customer behavior, we can tailor our online experiences to meet local needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Graphext may require extra data engineering and integration to ensure data from different sources flows smoothly. The platform's analytics may need training for non-technical marketing teams.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When we expanded our e-commerce in Latin America, we used Graphext to analyze customer behavior and preferences in different countries and regions.
