What differentiates Gravity Forms from other similar products?

The breadth of integrations available at the "Elite License" level. It's incredibly easy to integrate with dozens of 3rd party services, meaning you can use your website to drive data to other solutions and build complex workflows with 3rd party apps.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How easy it is to use, plain and simple. I can create simple input forms in a minute or two, or I can spend hours creating extremely complex and unique data-collection tools that don't even look like forms. And the 3rd party add-ons greatly expand what you can do with the data you collect.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No "conversation" type forms... yet (think TypeForm), but I know it's on their roadmap and actively being worked on!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Gravity Forms is more than simple contact forms: you can collect email addresses and dump them into your favorite marketing app; you can create contracts where you collect signatures; you can use it to create accounts and access into LearnDash courses; you can collect payments; you can connect it to Zapier and do who knows what else... I even recently read an article discussing how to use Gravity Forms to create an online store! So for 99% of websites out there, Gravity Forms is probably going to be able to accomplish what you want (or need) to do.

What differentiates Gravity Forms from other similar products?

Gravity Forms is easier to use and has more functions than the competitors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can quickly create intake forms for just about anything. The functionality and integration is amazing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There’s not much to dislike. There is a whole lot of functionality packed in for the price. I’ve definitely got my moneys worth.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When I first tried this product, I tried the low level price to check it out. And then ended up upgrading to the next level, then ran out of licenses. Ultimately I just bought the developer license because the Gravity Forms plugin is so needed and my day-to-day work. I have tried several of the other competitors and keep coming back to this one. It just works so much better.
