What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Like Greenhouse Recruiting you can review applications, review interview kits, read candidate profiles, finalize dashboards, and manage offers on the mobile app just like you do on the website. At job boards, you can distribute job offers. It allows you to obtain the contact information of the prospects. Useful for designing referral programs and app tracking pipelines to your specifications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Greenhouse Recruiting is not always easy to use; some features may be difficult to access. I propose to add additional alternatives to learn more detailed instructions like the manuals.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To connect with prospects through interviews and career pages, I recommend using Greenhouse Recruiting. Give candidates the freedom to choose the timing of their interviews and use automated questionnaires to collect feedback on your hiring process. Giving new hires access to a well-organized collection of useful tools, it can help them get familiar with your workplace culture and get to know your team.

What differentiates Greenhouse Recruiting from other similar products?

Greenhouse integrates with almost all of our job boards, which makes cross-career posting so much easier. This platform literally saves our nonprofit time and money whether that's scheduling interviews, taking notes, maintaining documents, or quickly on and off-boarding an employee.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's easy to use and implement. With minimal training, I felt like an expert in the platform within the first few days.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mobile application can be a bit funky at times, depending on the wifi/internet connection. I hope to see an added level of security added to this platform whether via 2FA or MFA.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is out of range for a nonprofit's recruiting budget but totally worth it if you invest in the long game of employee hiring and retention.

What differentiates Greenhouse Recruiting from other similar products?

I can look at a LinkedIn or PNet profile and literally right-click on it and pass that candidate into my database almost completely. There is a portal for clients and candidates and I can customize it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can upload zip files containing thousands of CV's, or import data from csv files or backups and passes them and puts them in the database. I don't think there are any limits in terms of scalability.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no invoicing. It is missing the the functionality for setting the placement and start date. It is bot as simple as some of the competitor, but it us far more able and does more than what any of the competitors currently do.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would advise others to try and keep it as standard as possible. Try to make as few customizations as possible. It is by far the most reasonable for what you're getting.
