What differentiates Groove from other similar products?
Overall, the software encourages me to perform my duties diligently and effectively. I also appreciate the reminder function. We send messages throughout the day, and the reminder feature moves those emails to the top of our inbox after a day, week, or even month if they do not respond. It assists me in staying on top of my leads.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Groove has finally automated manual work that should have been done years ago, our team can cover significantly more ground and make more sales. It includes a dialer within Salesforce, allowing calls, texts, and emails to all are integrated. Overall, it's a good piece of software that works well with SFDC and Gmail. The tracking features and the fact that it provides insight into all email reads are excellent.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My experience with Groove has been limited, so I'd say that for what I use it for in my sales process, record-keeping efforts, customer behavior with my sent emails, and so on, it does the job and does it well. I don't have many drawbacks to mention.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely give it a shot; once understood, it can save your life. It's fantastic software that keeps you organized and on track. When dealing with a large number of clients, I find this extremely useful for personal outreach and understanding my clients' interests. At the start of each day, this is always my home base!

What differentiates Groove from other similar products?
Groove has assisted with email scheduling. It allows me to identify the people who are most likely to respond to our emails, allowing me to contact them first. It allows us to see who downloaded the email and where it was downloaded from.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Overall, Groove saves me time by covering my bases and keeping track of my notes. It's a simple tool that makes the transition from email to various customer interactions and linking them all to Salesforce much smoother and faster. Email tracking of opens, individual viewers, and so on is also very useful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only complaint I have is that when I have it enabled in Gmail, it covers up a portion of my email window where attachments usually appear. Groove has been receptive to product feedback, but they are still in the early stages of development, so you must be okay with them not being able to do things.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Groove is one of the best options for an enablement tool for your team. This greatly aids in not forgetting to call or send a follow-up email to someone. Using templates is a simple way to save time when sending emails to prospects, with minor changes to fit the person receiving the email.

Great Product with seamless automations

What differentiates Groove from other similar products?
I would say the high level of automation it offers. As such, my team and I remains focused on prospect campaigns to reap high conversion rates. It's also easy to add tasks to groove flows in quick and efficient steps.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It stocks very cool features to use such as email templates and email check-ins. Before acquiring groove, I had a hard time composing multiple mails but now with groove I'm able to do so with more ease and in less time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Groove would be much better if it had a reminder option for instance, "in two hours" subsequently which is much better than the current shortcut of "tomorrow morning"
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would highly recommend Groove to other sales team. It will make your life easier such as tracking emails helps with tracking client commitment. It's also great for scheduling multiple meetings at once. It will help with streamlining small tasks in an easy way. Integration with Salesforce delivers incredible results.
