Customer service, they use real people to answer questions, so you actually get the right answer. Also that its easy to understand how to use it and the system have flexibility.

Not sure, Groove is the first email automation tool that I have used

It has everything in one centralized location for me to use. From email to calls.

There are times where it may take longer than usual to receive support on a question I have. But nothing major.

Definitely give it a try if you have not yet. You will not be disappointed
