What differentiates Gusto from other similar products?

Gusto includes the performance reviews, goal-setting, and other HR processes that other, similar products have not offered to us in past.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of usability is my favorite aspect of Gusto. It is super user-friendly and intuitive for all payroll/approval processes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't think there is anything I dislike about Gusto, really.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely a good product for those who want something intuitive and easy-to-use for the entire team. Check out the HR capabilities first, to make sure it offers everything your company might need.

What differentiates Gusto from other similar products?

It’s very similar to Zenefits, but otherwise it is one of the most user friendly tools for small businesses looking to create operational efficiencies in their hiring, payroll, people management and benefits administration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The simplicity and user friendly nature of the product makes it simple to onboard new hires and manage off boarding ex employees as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can pose challenges when you have employees and offices in different states. More so as you close those offices as it has some issues reconciling that.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Know what your primary needs are and start small. This is most effective is you start with the largest aspects and leverage moser features as you get more comfortable with the platform.

What differentiates Gusto from other similar products?

The Gusto platform has proven to be an invaluable asset for my new business. We don't require a complex payroll system because our needs are modest.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Save us a ton of time and money by handling employee management, including salary, bonus, and tenure decisions, as well as comprehensive reporting on each staff member. User-friendly and straightforward interface that effectively manages personnel matters (including but not limited to: compensation, benefits, turnover, and retention) and provides assistance to clients.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although we had no trouble picking up the program right away, nobody from Guston seemed eager to provide us with adequate training. We had to teach ourselves, which is great but could have benefited from more training materials.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In sum, an excellent option for a medium-sized business. The fact that employees can download an app is Gusto's biggest feature.
