What differentiates Gusto from other similar products?

Gusto is the collaborator you want to develop and grow your team, regardless of whether you're just getting started or expanding your rapidly expanding firm. With Gusto, you can access a variety of contemporary HR functions in one location, including payroll, benefits, hiring, and managerial resources. Gusto offers fantastic service, automatically analyzes and files payroll taxes, and helps keep businesses compliant.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate how easily this website can be used. The learning curve is not very steep, even though it was my first experience using Gusto to manage our competitive pay function. I also like their top-notch customer service. When you ask for a call for assistance, they call you right away, and most of the time, my problems are fixed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have issues with my dashboard clearing away outdated alerts. For instance, my dashboard notifies me that my employees' insurance quote is available for my approval even though I put up a program for workers' insurance almost two years ago.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Our primary HR platform is Gusto. Gusto is used by us to handle and process payroll, pay contractors, pay taxes, finish and submit necessary tax/compliance documents, and offer benefits to employees. Gusto has long been a great option when we needed a simple, affordable tool to manage payroll, benefits, taxes, and all the HR paperwork.
