What differentiates Gusto from other similar products?
I definitely think that Gusto was built to simplify the employees ability to access benefits details and navigate their payroll. Gusto operates with flexible modus operandi, as it adopts all specific calculations and processes as complex as they may be. Makes it easy to process and manage benefits, both in cases where we can import our existing benefits plans, or we can create a new one in line with the system's templates
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The system specializes in hands-free payment processing, which means that we are only required to schedule remuneration data at the beginning of the process.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Gusto does not feature any activity dashboard. Gusto does not offer a free trial to help customers test out their features before committing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Gusto's payroll management and benefits administration can be described with three words - Simple, Automated, and Transparent.

Unified platform with excellent payroll features

What differentiates Gusto from other similar products?
I love the easy-to-use interface and the fact that no training is needed to use Gusto. With Gusto I'm able to offer benefits to employees like health insurance, retirement plans, and pay-as-you-go workers' compensation.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Gusto offers online employee onboarding tools, access to employee benefits, and more. It automatically handles local tax filings.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The profile creation option for employees can be expanded to enable employees submit more information about themselves to the HR team
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I can't imagine having a payroll experience better than the one Gusto offers. On top of payroll, it also has online tools to help you handle onboarding and offboarding, time and attendance, and benefits administration.

Gusto, ideal for avoiding payroll problems

What differentiates Gusto from other similar products?
All the problems we had with payroll were solved with Gusto and its many functions and tools. It is a really intuitive tool and very comfortable to use. The payment management is very useful for payroll calculation and deductions, which avoids errors and mishaps.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like it because it has very useful functions for the human resources department, such as benefits management, where you can manage all health and other benefits that we have for workers. You can make payrolls automatically or individually, if it is necessary to increase or decrease the salary of any employee.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The technical support did not provide much help when needed, so we had to get external advice. The reports could be more personalized, I think it only gives a general summary, without reporting important incidents. Everything else was excellent.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A very useful tool to streamline the work of the human resources department, from payroll, to the time and attendance of workers. Its price is very affordable and I'm sure it will be of great help to companies of all sizes. Without a doubt it was a great investment.
