The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. Good features, friendly interface, poor support

What differentiates Gusto from other similar products?
Gusto offers some great features and the user interface is much more manageable than some other services I've used. It offers a nice range of affordable extras for small business.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love being able to manage both employees and contractors out of the service. Very easy to onboard both and very easy to manage them on a continuing basis.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My customer service experience has not been good. Although you get an automated acknowledgement when you submit a support request, it can a long time to receive a response from an actual human. And if you call, expect to wait on hold only to be told that someone will get back to you much later than you probably need.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The price is right for a small business so it may be worth the customer service headaches. And the features really do satisfy most of our business needs. You just need to be willing to deal with the customer service headaches.

What differentiates Gusto from other similar products?
The fact that there is no searching required. One can always find what they need by simply logging in to Gusto
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to go back in time to see all of my previous pay stubs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is sometimes not clear when the next paycheck will be distributed.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend that they don't think so much and sign up for Gusto! It is great and our company loves it.

great, great Gusto!

What differentiates Gusto from other similar products?
We have a small team (10'ish people) and Gusto is super easy to manage and use. We use Gusto for payroll, entering time and PTO, benefits administration, etc. It is so intuitive that when our main (only) HR colleague happens to be out of office, someone else on the team can easily run payroll. (Getting paid on time is important, right?!) As an end user that logs in on a daily basis to manage my hours, I find Gusto extremely user friendly. They recently released an app, so there's proof they're constantly trying to stay with the times!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Four favorite things: 1) The email you get on payday congratulating you for getting paid. It even has a link on the email to encourage you to donate a portion of your paycheck to a cause you care about. 2) While you're waiting for a page to load, it has a pig walking around. It forces you to smile. 3) It sends reminders on birthdays and work anniversaries, so it ensures we always have a reason to celebrate! 4) It's super easy to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I honestly can't think of anything I don't like about Gusto.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're in need of an easy, efficient way to manage payroll, benefits, time, etc., Gusto is for you!
