Free, Excellent Support. Still needs some work

What differentiates HelpWire from other similar products?
It's freeware and the support is pretty good. They were responsive to my question and said the issue I ran into would be fixed soon. Indeed it was. I got a follow up email from the support team a few weeks later telling me that my issue had been addressed (it was related to installing with Admin privileges on Windows).
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's free and compact.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It took a little time to figure out the best deployment stratey.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Give it a shot. It's free so the cost is low.
