The integration with identity management platforms also makes user provisioning and deactivation seamless.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interface feels like it’s designed more for IT professionals than end users, which can slow down adoption

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I’d recommend ensuring that your IT team is ready to handle the setup and ongoing management. Also, if you’re moving from a traditional keycard system, be prepared for an adjustment period as employees get used to mobile credentials.
