What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I think everyone trying to improve their productivity and efficiency would benefit from using it, and I have.

What do you dislike most about this product?

However, there are still annoying bugs that occur occasionally, such as sudden disappearances of content. Not only in Notes, but also on action cards, do we see this phenomenon. This causes skepticism and mistrust when proposing to switch from using Google Docs for things like meeting notes to using Hive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Hive is an excellent project management tool for groups whose members come from different industries or departments and therefore don't use the same methods or tools. Thanks to its adaptability and the ability to provide individualized perspectives, it is well-suited for documenting a wide range of information pertaining to projects and teams.

Hive is a great management software for your projects. It is cloud based and secure. It will help you plan for business operations and resources pertaining to a specific project.

We can handle projects and clients separately thanks to Hive, and I can provide client-specific or agency-wide reports quickly and easily. It allows you to know all the details of the workflow plans thanks to its ability to promote good communication between team members. Without leaving them, you can add tasks or "actions" to your meeting notes and attach them to projects.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows us to complete jobs for clients on time. It is collaborative in the cloud, has infinite subtasks and Gantt charts. Ease of creating work schedules. Automatic update of the start and end dates of the activities. Integrations including mail, calendar, and time tracking. Create custom statuses to match your workflow.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mobile/tablet app experience leaves a bit to be desired. The search option could improve.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Hive is a great tool overall. It is very suitable for those who are looking for a team communication app that has Kanban board support and do not want to use two different apps for project management and communication.
