What differentiates Hive from other similar products?

Hive's features including chat, to-do lists, and electronic forms make it the ideal platform for my team and me to collaborate effectively. The task manager can sync with your email and calendar and track how much time you spend on tasks. It's simple to create tasks, assign them, and tag individuals on the task cards, so I never forget to perform them. So this far, I've been pleased with the service.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how new Actions may be created simply by forwarding emails to a board. It helps me stay organized and on top of my job by reminding me of what I need to accomplish. It's a straightforward method of communication that requires no effort on your part. The chats are great because they allow me in-depth conversations with my colleagues on various topics.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The complexity and difficulty of the administration seem to be design goals. It annoys me because I sometimes get reminders about it even after un-assigning myself from a card. Current methods of task management aren't exactly conducive to ease of use by end customers. It's also hard to keep track of guest users, identify total users, and demote them to the guest tier.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I get what I need from the system because of its openness, comprehensive overviews, and flexible exporting possibilities. Look no further if you're looking for a task management solution that facilitates conversation and makes it simple to keep tabs on work. A friendly interface and helpful staff make this an easy recommendation.

What differentiates Hive from other similar products?

What makes Hive special is the way they listen to feature request. I have never seen a application that listens to the users as much as Hive does. This really helps push changes to the app that are needed that help improve the users who actually use the application every day.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite feature of Hive is the ability to setup a project the way you want to. You have the ability to save projects as templates so can reuse the project over and over again. This saves so much time!

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike about Hive is the mobile app. It is very buggy for me. I use the ipad Hive app a lot during meetings and I have to usually close the app and refrsh it a few times since it does not always load correctly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a way to keep your small team on track with projects and task then HIVE is great for this. I would look at some of the Hive videos to see how you can use Hive and see if its right for you and your team.

What makes Hive different from other task management apps is the competitively price for a paid account. You get a lot of features for a great price in my opinion.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Hive is at the end of the week Hive sends you a report on all the tasks you completed during the week. This is just a small and simple feature, but it really is nice to see after a long week. It makes you feel accomplished.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike about Hive is the mobile app. It is very buggy. I know they are working on this with each new update, but I wish it was more stable and reliable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My recommendation on someone considering this product is you looking for a software to use in a team if so then this is a great option. If you are looking for a software just for 1 person, then I think you could look elsewhere. Hive is really good for teams and assigning tasks to each other but project management for just yourself is not ideal. I think there are to many features that you would not be able to use since you are just using yourself personal projects.
