What differentiates Hive from other similar products?

What makes Hive special is the way they listen to feature request. I have never seen a application that listens to the users as much as Hive does. This really helps push changes to the app that are needed that help improve the users who actually use the application every day.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite feature of Hive is the ability to setup a project the way you want to. You have the ability to save projects as templates so can reuse the project over and over again. This saves so much time!

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike about Hive is the mobile app. It is very buggy for me. I use the ipad Hive app a lot during meetings and I have to usually close the app and refrsh it a few times since it does not always load correctly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a way to keep your small team on track with projects and task then HIVE is great for this. I would look at some of the Hive videos to see how you can use Hive and see if its right for you and your team.

What makes Hive different from other task management apps is the competitively price for a paid account. You get a lot of features for a great price in my opinion.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Hive is at the end of the week Hive sends you a report on all the tasks you completed during the week. This is just a small and simple feature, but it really is nice to see after a long week. It makes you feel accomplished.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike about Hive is the mobile app. It is very buggy. I know they are working on this with each new update, but I wish it was more stable and reliable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My recommendation on someone considering this product is you looking for a software to use in a team if so then this is a great option. If you are looking for a software just for 1 person, then I think you could look elsewhere. Hive is really good for teams and assigning tasks to each other but project management for just yourself is not ideal. I think there are to many features that you would not be able to use since you are just using yourself personal projects.

What differentiates Hive from other similar products?

With the help of Hive, you can track the time it takes to complete a task and designate task owners to approve time tracking and task completion forms. The unfinished work of each participant can be seen in full perspective. You can switch between multiple project views to see a schedule of activities, projects, and deadlines.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Hive to keep track of the status of my projects, and monitor how well they're progressing. A basic update of the tasks that are still in progress and those that have been completed for your projects is available through the Hive mobile app. You can develop your own projects and choose whether to share them with the entire team or just selected team members.

What do you dislike most about this product?

More automated features are still missing in Hive. A better search option might be available. The PC app may need some improvements.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Hive it's a great tool for adding team members, external users and starting new projects. Messages sent in groups or privately are constantly exchanged.
