What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Thanks to Hive's team collaboration features, everyone on the team is on the same page in terms of the workflow plans and the requirements for the various tasks. Hive's numerous views and automated updating of activity start and end dates are two of my favorite features, and I also appreciate how straightforward it is to create work schedules from scratch. Hive's project board ensures that everyone involved is aware of what has to be done and when it needs to be done by.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Hive is simple to use, and everyone on the team may complete their tasks without leaving the app. Hive needs more automation in general, but updating mission start and finish dates in particular, and there has to be some improvements made to search options because right now we can't get reliable results.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend using Hive for your business as it offers consistent communication and streamlines processes for website creation, marketing services, and project management. In addition, we utilize the Hive Forms application as a ticketing system for our clientele.

It is distinct from other applications because it grants users the ability to handle numerous projects at once. It provides a multitude of helpful features that may be utilized to organize and monitor work with your team. It is a tool that can save a lot of time and is quite simple to operate.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Our organization may be little, but we still need to talk to each other. While it's great to have a chat on Slack or in person, we found that as our workloads increased and our clients became more complicated, we began to forget critical details or assume that the other party was taking care of them. Hive put a stop to that. As a result, we are more rigorous in our approach to client onboarding, project planning, task allocation, deadline management, and every other element of our work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While I had no issues with the tool itself, I did find that its price was higher than average when compared to other project management programs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Hive is a powerful and simple application for managing projects, with features that allow us to work on numerous tasks at once and increase our overall output. Very Recommended!

What differentiates Hive from other similar products?

Hive's ease of usage is ludicrous. One of the things I value most about working with my team is how well we coordinate our efforts and stay on schedule. We are also aware of all deadlines and subsequent steps. It facilitates interaction and makes it easier to finish projects. Because to Hive, we can stop worrying so much about keeping track of our chores and instead devote our attention to actually doing them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Hive enables the growth of the team's ability to monitor all projects on a single system, since it gives us the freedom to present diverse information in varying degrees of depth on all of our projects either individually or collectively. Hive's ability to provide clear and concise dialogue between team members ensures that everyone is on the same page with regards to workflow planning and the specifics of individual jobs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A few nitpicks here and there, such as the inability to remove my own custom fields. I thought I checked everywhere for a method to erase them and couldn't find it, but I haven't contacted customer care yet, so maybe they can shed some light. There were initial delays in enrolling users since the invite email had to go further than expected.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Hive has better road mapping for a product development team that works in unison across different locations. It's easy to keep track of tasks or if someone needs a hand. Through its simplified communication workflow, it's easier to anticipate any roadblocks in the overall project. This service has scope to improve the mobile application support as working with Hive from a mobile device is less than a pleasant experience.
