This is extremely important because we want our clients to have access to our project boards, but we don't need full functionality for them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With its abundance of features and ease of use, Hive allows exactly the perfect amount of modifications to work with our internal project management procedures. For example, it can be customized to open new projects or add tasks to existing ones. To leverage project data in custom views and reports, it also allows us to define custom fields.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mobile app is not as good as the desktop version.

Team members can initiate sub-tasks, mention specific colleagues for specific information, and consolidate tribal knowledge, all in one auditable location, avoiding the fragmentation of information seen in traditional communication channels.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While it may take time for some users to adapt to the Hive interface, its centralized visibility and contextual richness for daily IT tickets, projects, and team responsibilities are invaluable. We have seen a tangible improvement in cross-functional collaboration, significantly reducing task delivery delays.
