I favor Hive to manage our team’s projects because it permits us to collaborate with third parties and share files and tasks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Hive permits our team to customize our workflow. It conjointly has many tools and options that facilitate us individually organize and optimize our goals and plans. We particularly love the various ways to customize and individualize how every people can use the system. It helps us all stay on a similar page, however, lets us use the system how each of us likes to use it with all of our different responsibilities and preferences.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Software system bugs. I know they’re perpetually changing and improving, however, it’s frustrating when practicality changes typically day to day. Also, the search feature could be a bit odd in what results it decided to return, and by adding or removing a letter, suddenly it decides to kick in and notice the project.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The flexibility to view different info regarding all our projects at once, or one project in detail. The power for everyone on the team to visualize the standing of projects, coordinate, and document, so we can provide answers to purchasers even once the first project contact isn’t available.

What differentiates Hive from other similar products?

Hive performs an excellent job of bringing together in one location all the parts required for a project. It links them to the sources, connections, comments, and next steps and keeps everyone on the same page. Managing sales orders, production procedures, quality inspections, and even shipments have all benefited greatly from Hive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Everyone may be informed about who is working on what, who needs assistance, and what is delaying the project. It's quite simple to sign up and pay. Support responds to my questions in a very prompt manner. There are several task completion statistics that I don't use but that seem helpful. It was easy to set up and provided versatility in terms of how you could view and arrange the data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For someone like me who has never used other productivity tools, it may not always be intuitive. It's a little challenging to get assistance and instructional films that will help me advance and master the fundamentals. I find myself wasting a lot of time browsing the blog, searching on Google and YouTube, and chatting with people using the tool's chat feature.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We can now devote more time to really finishing the job at hand. We are able to finish work for clients on time thanks to Hive. I also enjoy how we can track our time for various jobs and clients using the time clock tool. In addition, the Hive customer care crew is always available and willing to assist me whenever I have questions or problems.

New product enhancements at Hive are created based on user input and votes on our Forum. It is the only widget toolkit designed to accurately reflect how you actually function on a daily basis.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It was simple to choose Hive since it is the only project management tool that supports cloud collaboration, endless subtasks, and Gantt charts. Additionally, since Microsoft Project is not involved, I will not be confronted with their absurd billing practices. It's wonderful to allow task managers to turn sub tasks into separate projects or to chat within tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There aren't many difficulties; Hive is simple to use and allows all members to perform their duties directly through it. I just believe that Hive requires more automation, particularly with regard to updating the start and finish dates of missions. Additionally, some enhancements must be made to the search options, since the current state prevents us from obtaining reliable results.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Hive has absurdly simple interface. What I value most about our team is how well we communicate and can work together on a variety of assignments. We are also aware of deadlines and subsequent tasks. It basically automates communication and task completion. Thanks to Hive, we can now pay less attention to lists and to-dos.
