It helps us a lot in project management and helps us to manage the project with several views. Whenever we have to submit the request form it is editable and we can make changes whenever there is a need to do so. They have great robust proofing and review environment. They have great communication features or collaboration and integration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Hive is very easy to understand. It is a very simple tool and we can easily be taught to other users. They have a very user-friendly interface. They have a concise and easy work board for their users. They provide us with a great ability to change the assignments easily. It is very efficient and easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Hive does not have supportive features for client management and it takes a very long process to manage the clients which are very frustrating. We cannot attach multiple files to any document and have to attach them one by one which is quite complicated. They have not yet introduced their mobile app which makes things difficult to handle. There must be more integration included with other software. They are lacking reporting and accountability factors.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In my view, the search tool may also be improved. When we need to be very particular, colleagues who are less knowledgeable about our projects may find it difficult to locate the information and become frustrated. Thus, our employees experience several buffering and statistical report production challenges.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Hive has made internal communication between our team of employees more easier which allows us to concentrate on delivering work for customers in a timely manner. The fact that Hive is absurdly simple to use it and that our team can quickly work on the same tasks is what I appreciate best about.
