What differentiates Hive from other similar products?

Its messaging features set it apart from the competition, as I had previously used various project management and messaging tools. And all of its features are simple to use and understand.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We looked at all of the options and were impressed by how Hive appears to combine the best features of each project management platform. For us, it's been a game-changer. I really like the clean, bright interface, the project organization and visual representation options, and the excellent customer service. Hive messaging is also very user-friendly so we no longer need any tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At first, there was some difficulty adding users, and the invitation email took a long time to reach the recipient. I'd also like to see time tracking added, but aside from that, there's not much I don't like. I had some difficulty figuring out how to use the new forms feature, but the customer support team was extremely helpful in resolving the issue.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Wasting time on the management of projects can keep you away from your goals so just choose the right platform and focus on your main goal rather than worrying about task management. Hive excels as a project manager and is unquestionably easier to use. I like how my tasks are organized so that I know what is dependent on what. For example, I won't begin this task until the previous one is completed and Hive informs me.

What differentiates Hive from other similar products?

The ease of implementation, how comfortable it is to do everything from the same program without having to open another, constant and fluid communication, recording capacity, being able to share the screen and assign the moderator to each of the participants, share files in real time, in addition to assigning tasks easily and simply.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That it is very simple to use and easy to download and begin to know its proposals for use It is the only project management software that is collaborative in the cloud, has infinite subtasks and Gantt charts. It allows many members to connect and share information. You can customize the color of the interface which I really like. It does not have an old interface and it is complete in everything.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When using the app on the cell phone, the messages are not automatically updated. UI updates often changed the location of features and caused some confusion.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One of the best functions and one that has worked a lot in the workplace as well as in studies, is the option to connect to other applications, without leaving it. It is really practical, if you are in a meeting, you share a document and everyone can see it within the same program. It can be installed on multiple devices and used simultaneously.

Every tool has some unique features that keep it above the competition. In my perspective it is a powerful collaborative tool that keeps everyone up to date on project progress and assigns roles fairly, ensuring that everyone contributes according to their expertise.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Hive is a more user-friendly project management platform that is one of the simplest to set up and use, all for a low monthly fee. Each and everything of Hive is amazing. I wonder how efficiently it works. We were able to include customers and stakeholders on the same subscription, which allowed us to collect their feedback more accurately, particularly during the planning stages and the development of work schedules.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish there were more integrations, but I believe more are in the works. A few minor issues, such as the inability to delete custom fields that I created. I think I looked pretty hard for a way to delete them and didn't find anything, but I haven't contacted customer service, which I'm sure could help.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Are you tired of forgetting deadlines and having trouble managing multiple tasks? If you answered yes, I'll recommend it to your company because it's the only solution on the market that solves your problems in a matter of seconds and with no effort. Hive is, in my opinion, the most straightforward and effective task management solution.
