Can be complicated for employees to learn the platform, should have better tracking: sometimes the scope displayed in the app is not accurate, dark mode is not available.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has helped create a centralized content funnel that makes it easy for team members to select and share. With the dashboard it organizes all of the company's social networks very well and makes it easy to publish daily posts to keep the team updated.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Should provide a better, more integrated experience in the corporate ecosystem; sometimes the reach shown in the app is not accurate.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Hootsuite Social Media Management Enterprise from other similar products?
We manage all our applications and social networks through an APP through our mobile, such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube among many more, with Hootsuite we achieve this type of management in one place being a very intuitive APP, with it we configure columns such as msj, time live, lists etc.. To make it much easier to control as it also allows us to schedule by date / time, publications and / or msj in automatic and publications of the same content for other networks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The plugin ready to integrate to add third party services is one of our most used tools in our projects because it is a feature to extend the usability and ease of use of the software. At the time, it got the job done and accomplished what we needed in a minimal way than other social media management tools we used in the past.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The implementation of analytics, specialized feature and content creation tools would be of great boom for both APPI (more users) and us users who create content, material, proposals etc. its cost was not that high, but the free trial was nice to get familiar with your software. And to know if it is worth your purchase, you should take into account their customer service and the waiting time for resolution of queries tends to take time to respond.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We recommend Hootsuite for the small business to start with their free version, to see what benefits they can generate and observe if they are progressing their business using this method. For a large company with more than one team collaborating on digital marketing, Hootsuite is indispensable for sharing, scheduling, monitoring and saving time. It provides most of the functions a company needs to stay on top of their social accounts.
