What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?

It is the gold standard and includes basically every feature that all of the other social media tools include, but in a visually appealing and easy to use way.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The reporting funciton.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price was too high for us.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Work with them on the price to the best of your ability and consider alternatives if you cannot afford this tool
