What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?

From social management to reporting and listening, Hootsuite remains one of the most thorough, comprehensive social tools I've ever used. It can be difficult to justify the price depending on your team's needs, but it truly goes above and beyond.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The social listening abilities are second to none, and they've clearly spent a lot of time and effort expanding these capabilities and growing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's one of the more costly options, which can make it tough to justify based on your team's size and needs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you can afford it, definitely consider Hootsuite for your social management needs. From daily tasks like scheduling to in-depth listening and sentiment tools, it's the Cadillac of social tools.
