What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?
It is a very complete tool for all the management of social networks. Thanks to it we improved 100% the interaction with followers, we were able to see the best times to publish and thus capture the audience. Its reports are very complete, which helps us to know the behavior of our followers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that you can schedule the publications at the time and date you want, according to the best time. I can also post from there to all social media platforms, which saves me a lot of time. The audience segmentation has been very effective in reaching the right audience.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Their mobile app is not the most efficient, it leaves out features that are really important for monitoring networks. If they could add Tiktok it would be perfect to cover the most important social networks, as I program Facebook, Instagram and twitter without problems.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
One of the most useful tools for managing, planning and scheduling social networks. It has certainly saved me a lot of time, with its analysis, metrics and segmentation, as it allows me to have all the knowledge I need to reach the ideal audience and achieve their loyalty.

What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?
Hootsuite comes with all basic and advanced features to handle your social media professionally and perfectly. It gives you real time insights of interactions and happenings. Scheduling posts in advance for almost all of your social media handles and managing your audience in one go with a collaborative team effort is what makes it ideal for us.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Handling Social Media of a big firm is no piece of cake. You need powerful tools to cater all requirements and needs of the organization. Nothing should go wrong by any means and even if there is misconduct you have a powerful tool that can handle it all in a professional manner. We switched to Hootsuite a few years back and boy! It has made everything much, much easier for us.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It’s a pool for tools to handle social media like never before. It’s great, however, the interface is not user friendly for beginners. Even professionals can get stuck at times. It has it all but sometimes it can get overwhelming due to so many features at sight.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It has everything a big firm will need to handle its social media in a very professional and well managed manner. You can do a marvelous job if you learn the software and it’s great to grow your business on 2x. It can be a bit expensive for some companies but I would suggest you do it, spend here and you will see the growth in a few months.
