What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The price is fair for the features and easy to collaborate in the program.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Definitely lacking in features all around. Needs improvement on offerings for all social media channels and interaction options need upgrading.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If social media is not crucial for your role/business, then their limited features won't be a bother for you and this tool is perfect.
