What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?
There really is no difference between hootisuite and its competitors. It is well put together and has features that makes creating and monitoring your social media presence very easy.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that I can see all my boards at a glance and can even connect Canva. You can create and save your designs in Hootsuite. You can even add any previously created designs to Hootsuite and create your own library. I love that they have the Hootsuite Academy as well. They have great resources to help setup or if you run into any issues. Did I mention their twitter account is very responsive. If you can't get a hold of someone in chat or by email - this options is great. They will take a look at what is going on and respond within an hr.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I am constantly having to reconnect my social site to my board. I have no clue why but its frustrating. I also do not like having to use the mobile version to create a carousel post. There is quite an obstacle to get through to get that established especially if you have more than one social media site.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
have the desktop and the mobile version mirror the same features.

What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?
It is easy to navigate through the platform. It has enabled us to schedule our content and share posts on different platforms in a very smart and organized way. Moreover, the customer service team is very rapid and quickly responds to any sort of query that we have. It helps us in the completion of our tasks without taking a lot of time. It has allowed us to pre-plan our campaigns and posts.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With Hootsuite Social, we have been able to pre-plan our campaigns and save valuable time. When we are dealing with multiple clients at the same time, Hootsuite social media management allows us to plan the tasks for each client and share the content across multiple platforms in a single go. We no more need to wander across each social media platform. It has also taken away our worries about keeping an eye on analytics. In short, we feel like this tool has empowered us with supernatural abilities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of the shortcomings that we have come across is that it does not allows us to schedule videos on Instagram in the form of reels. Also, sometimes it fails to integrate the ability to resize pictures across multiple platforms. This results in individual scheduling and resizing of the posts. Occasionally, we need to tag certain partners or specific employees but even in case they are linked with us, for example, if they are following us, we still cannot tag them. So, we need to post directly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In case you are looking for a good package to complete all your marketing needs, Hootsuite social media management is a good platform. It possesses a visually appealing and very decent layout. It will reduce your workload manifold. But I will suggest you take maximum benefit from their webinars and other educational offerings so that you can achieve maximum output from your membership.
