Social channel management and listening tool

What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?

Nowadays, the management and monitoring of social channels are drivers to make the reach of any brand wider and can capture a greater number of customers and thus expand business opportunities and Hootsuite is a great support to accomplish this. Since we implemented it, we have had a much more active presence in social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, among others; likewise, we have been able to have a better interaction with customers, as it has an excellent listening resource. Today, Hootsuite is a must-have resource in my organization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Hootsuite is simply one of the best tools out there for scheduling posts and listening on social networks. The user interface is comfortable and navigable, which makes the software easy to use. Hootsuite has many strengths, adding social channels and scheduling content publications in them is very simple and its listening tools are very useful to keep up to date with comments and interaction of our brand in the different social channels we manage.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The biggest drawback I have found in this tool is the inability to post videos on certain social networks such as LinkedIn, it is the only negative thing I have come across so far.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Hootsuite has everything you need to manage social channels in the most active way. Its user interface is eye-catching and easy to navigate, it is seamless, and it provides the opportunity to keep social networks up to date and have more active interaction with the audience.

What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?

HootSuite has weathered the storm of a continually more saturated competitor market by remaining current. Introducing new features and remaining one of the most base-user friendly platforms has allowed them to maintain value. Their stacking column layout has never gone out of style or usefulness, and switching between channels remains an utterly intuitive process that works for anyone from an intern to a C-suite lifer.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customizable streams! Ensures everyone on the team can see exactly what they need to and nothing they don't.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One very picky issue; I wish the menubar on the right side of the interface would pop out with longer feature names, a la Sprout Social.I don't like delayed pop up text!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Seriously consider this for small or solo-style agencies, as it doesn't scale well but is amazing for single clients or small teams.
