Hootsuite represents easy social media mastery

What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?
Undoubtedly, the main reason why Hootsuite remains so relevant even after so many years of its launch is not only for being the pioneer platform in technology for unified management of social networks, but for all the facilities it provides when organizing all the work done by the group in a single chronology.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In both the short and long term hootsuite lets us work with scheduling different posts and coordinating them on social networks, so that we not only cover content, but also do it with more organization under a set schedule, which makes the work become noticeably more professional and organized.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Unfortunately hootsuite has not let us manage as many accounts as we thought, or at least, this is the case from its most economical plan, which greatly affects the management capacity of community managers of small businesses or startups, which need to constantly grow in order to establish a brand image online.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Our main recommendation regarding Hootsuite is to exploit its group capability, as it can be used by more than one community manager at the same time, even if the same hootsuite account is being used for both, and this is ideal for large agencies that need to cover more than one social network account simultaneously.

What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?
It has to be support. Using the Hootsuite platform alongside my teammates for two years and I am continuously learning new things about social media marketing. This is all thanks to support mechanisms provided by Hootsuite for organizations such as its social media skillset classes, from where I and my teammates have learnt a lot.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The quality of support which Hootsuite makes available to us, why running and managing marketing activities on multiple social platforms, is what I have found most inspiring.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We sometimes notice differences in analytical data, provided by Hootsuite and that provided by social media platforms. While the differences in data are usually minor, it is a source of curiosity.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think it depends com the need of the intending organization. However, Hootsuite takes care of three key aspects of social media management for my organization - engagement, activity effectiveness measurement, and training.
