What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?
It's very easy to use, cost-effective and intuitive. The scheduling feature works perfectly and makes it easier for social media managers like me to execute day to day tasks. The streams make it handy and easy to keep track of the other pages.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The social monitoring feature is the most favourite aspect of mine.

More detailed features are missing, would appreciate features like competitor research, Detailed reports

What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?
Simply Hootsuite has been fundamental in our processes, it is helpful to have a software that focuses on social networks, managing publications from Twitter and Facebook, being so easy to handle it. From the beginning we showed the results we needed, it is very practical.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Marketing work works very well through Hootsuite clearly it has been a good choice for our team. It has a simple and easy-to-use system, any type of user can perform its functions very easily.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I cannot say anything bad about this tool, everything we have experienced in it has been very great. Its characteristics are complete and fully available and functional for us.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We have had a very productive experience, frankly we had not been able to find software like this. It meets our core requirements and that's all we need to maintain a productive system through social media. I sincerely recommend it to all my colleagues.

What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?
As this company there are thousands that provide a service to carry social networks, the only thing is that Hootsuite Social Media Management Enterprise offers is something that other companies so far are not at their level, they have been working for many years and offering an unsurpassed service to their clients. They support each update they make, the price of the service is quite accessible and I will always prefer it over any other for its quality, speed and stability
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The most redeemable thing about the service provided by Hootsuite Social Media Management Enterprise is that it facilitates the moment of making a publication on our social networks and that we can establish it long in advance, that is, we could make a publication today that is going to be published within a week at an exact time that we schedule, which means that we do not have to be directly connected at the time to publish, simply by placing it there on the platform, it will be done automatically at the indicated time, which facilitates our work and efficiency.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The least attractive of the service is that sometimes a little slow and it happened to me that one or another duplicates are published, also technical support is not the best that we say has had a failure in many of the problems that have been created for me and I would like it to be solved as soon as possible why it is about work and that one pays for a service so that they obtain what they asked for and what was offered from the beginning I would also like to add what they will update will build the design of the web page

The best recommendation that you could give to someone who is starting out with social activities what they learn to use Hootsuite Social Media Management Enterprise because it will make it a little easier for them to carry things by not having to be present at the time that something needs to be published because You could have done this a long time ago which makes it easier for you to still have more connection with the public to which you are sending the content, which is a very appropriate tool currently, so I recommend using it or at least using it for a while until you decide what to do. or what is best for you
