What do you dislike most about this product?

Reporting customization could be more flexible.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say that if you are looking for a tool to manage your social media or your company's, then it is the best choice if you ask me, and I do not know about other people's thinking about it.

What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?

Hootsuite has one of the best analytical data capabilities, as far as social media management is concerned. From our Hootsuite account, I am able to monitor engagement metric across all social media networks connected to our Hootsuite, in real time.. As a result of this, my team is finding it easier identifying what works and doesn't work. Very important to me, is that Hootsuite currently provides better analytics about social media engagement activity, than what we have made available to us by the individual social media platforms where we have a presence.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Hootsuite's content creation AI tool ( Owlywriter) has provided huge value to my team's social media content creation workflow. We no longer have to ideate and create social media content from scratch , rather we have Owlywriter to help improve the content we create and on an handful of occasions, it has helped with ideation as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user dashboard is cumbersome and unintuitive, as far as I am concerned. Even though I am now accustomed to it , due to daily use overtime, I do still think a software like Hootsuite should be a lot more intuitive and easy to navigate , especially for new users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I wholly recommend Hootsuite for social media management , both for small teams and within larger teams, since I have had experience using Hootsuite in both situations,

What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?

Is how it combines simplicity with powerful features, making it perfect for small to medium sized businesses. One of the key differences is how intuitive the platform is, íts easy to set up and start managing your social media accounts right away without needing a lot of technical expertise.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Is definitiley how it streamlines social media managment into one user friendly platform. I love being able to schedule posts across multiple platforms in advance, all from a single dashboard.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Is its pricing structure, while the platform is incredibly useful the cost can add up quickly, especially if you need to access the higher tier features, like advanced analytics or more team members.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start with the free trial, so take advantage of that before committing to a subscription. This willgive you a sense of the platforms features and whether it fits your needs.
