What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?
It is great for social media monitoring. Its newsfeed-style dashboard is excellent at monitoring conversations and topics online. A great tool for marketing managers to manage their brand on socials.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The social media monitoring tools are excellent.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Creating a social media calendar and scheduling posts is not that user-friendly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A great to use in conjunction with a social media scheduling tool. Its social media monitoring and reports are great but there are better tools out there for organizing and running a social media calendar and content library.

" Easy to use platform for creating content"

What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?
Multi-platform copywriting is very easy, easy to edit, and very easy to update. It was my responsibility to create content across four platforms, which needed to be tweaked for every post. Hootsuite made it super simple to repost previous posts with updates.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It helps me better manage posts intended for my social platforms and my clients' posts in one place. It's easy to use, and I can see what's been posted and what's about to be posted at any time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Despite its many limitations, the free version lacks many platform connections, forcing users to upgrade to the paid version for more and better features. As I am in the media library, I cannot see the post.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A beautiful user interface, scheduling, planning, hashtag strategy, and hashtag strategy. Formatting suggestions and tools are provided. I think this is enough to get impressed.

Essential in handling many accounts

What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?
I signed up for Hootsuite way back when it first came out. At first I was just blown away by all the possibilities. It's great to be able to access all of my social media platforms in a centralized location. Also, it's great that I can plan updates for numerous social media accounts with a single mouse click. It's great for businesses that serve several clients, like the social media marketing service I manage, because I can recycle posts from one client's account to another.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With Hootsuite, you can connect all of your social media accounts in one central location, saving you time and energy that would otherwise be spent republishing the same information across several networks. It also gives a quick overview of the types of posts that do well on various social media sites. Mostly, it makes it easier to schedule updates across many social networking sites. For the social media manager, this means posts may be planned whenever they're ready, rather than having to wait until an ideal moment.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Our organization's social media policy mandates that all images be accompanied by descriptive "Alt Text" to ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Regrettably, Instagram's permissions issues prevented us from writing Alt Text before the scheduled post. It would have been a hassle to go back and edit every single post to add alt text. Since then, we've opted not to bother with Hootsuit at all.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As a result of occasional tagging errors, The one drawback of Hootsuite is that it sometimes lags behind competitors in terms of adding new features. Despite caps placed on bulk enrollment purchases, the price remains excessive. Exorbitant price, intricate features, and limited ability to integrate with existing CRM or BI systems.
