Hotjar is a unique tool. It is different than Google Analytics. Your website can be connected to this tool by simply adding a tracking code. Our firm is using Hotjar for optimizing our sites. This tool can be used successfully in gathering both website analytics and customer feedback.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Hotjar is a website analytics tool. This tool can be used to boost your SEO rankings. This tool helps you to track customer journeys on your website. The info gathered from Hotjar can be used to improve the site experiences of your customers. Hotjar gives its data as visual representations called heatmaps. These maps show how your customers clicked, moved, scrolled on your website. Hotjar is user-friendly. It has affordable subscription plans.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Hotjar can not track logged-in users. And there is no integration possible with Google Analytics.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Hotjar is an ideal tool for software developers, advertising agencies, e-commerce websites, and blogs. We recommend this tool to all digital marketers.
