What differentiates Hotjar from other similar products?

Lot of features, like collect also feedback on the website and create surveys.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Recording videos about the visitors on the website and draw a conclusion. I like also very much the heatmaps.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't have any problem.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Very useful tool for figure out what the visitors do on the website. Which things can stop the visitors on the website etc...

What differentiates Hotjar from other similar products?

Hotjar is one of the best tools when it comes to research on peoples behavior on websites that you've created. You can track data and mouse movement of the user and analyze their behavior on your site. For eCommerce this is a big win.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is that hotjar allows you to track and analyze human behavior on your website. The captured videos of users mouse movement makes it more interesting to understand the users behavior.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like the way of implementation. I think it can be better in terms of integration with eCommerce platforms or content management plugins.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend every data analyst or experience designer hotjar for analyzing data and push up your conversion rate to the max.
