What differentiates Hotjar from other similar products?

What makes Hotjar different is the fact it also acts as a voice of the customer platform besides offering great website analytics features

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When it comes to website analytics, Hotjar is very capable and offers unbeatable features The software also acts as a great VOC solution

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not that I can think of as Hotjar has been amazing

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Hotjar as it offers best features and never disappoints when it comes to website analytics. It is also an able VOC software.

What differentiates Hotjar from other similar products?

Hotjars technology to easily record user sessions and provide amazing reports such as the heat map is what sets it apart from other products. The heat map report is amazing and worth the cost of the product by itself!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Hotjar makes it easy to record user interactions with your website. We record every new page and immediately get quality recordings. These recordings are invaluable for studying how our users are actually using our product. These recordings give us quick insights we can use to iterate on our product. I believe Hotjar isn't the only tool to offer this functionality, but it's one of the most well-rounded and cost-effective tools for this job.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Setup and implementation could be easier, especially for people that aren't as technology inclined like myself. If took us a few weeks to get the product up and running, and sometimes if there are issues I have to call for help from an engineer. I wish it were a bit easier to setup.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend that you regularly use Hotjar to keep up with all the product enhancements and updates. If you take too much time without using the product it can be a bit overwhelming to come back to.
