What differentiates Hotjar from other similar products?

This software is very innovative, allows a more agile participation and collaboration between researchers and product designers of the company, has allowed us to deepen in qualitative aspects on consumer habits of our customers, helped us to recognize common patterns and take advantage of them so that the development of our products according to the customer, allows us to make sentimental analysis and add all kinds of documents and files to the incidence reports of each new development.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Hotjar is one of the most intuitive and comprehensive research tools I have used, it saves us a lot of time by allowing research development and design to be carried out on a single platform allowing every employee involved to work together, improving the flow of qualitative data and helping to create new and better products and services.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can't think of anything negative about this cloud platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend this tool because it is very easy to implement and has a very helpful support team.
