My favorite aspect of HubSpot Marketing Hub’s social tools is how smoothly they tie into the rest of the platform. You can create a social post, link it to a campaign, and instantly see how it contributes to lead generation or website traffic, all from one dashboard. It makes measuring real impact easier than jumping between separate tools.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike most is that the social features feel limited compared to dedicated tools. There's no unified inbox for managing comments and DMs across platforms, and important features like sentiment analysis or in-depth trend tracking are missing unless you use third-party integrations.
