The social media tools within Marketing Hub allow you to plan, publish, engage, advertise, analyze, and report on your social efforts from one unified platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
A key benefit of HubSpot is its unified approach to marketing, sales, and customer service. With everything in one place, I can create a campaign that spans every stage of the funnel. For example, I can nurture leads with targeted emails, segment my lists based on behavior, send automated messages to hot leads, and track conversions from first touch to customer.
What do you dislike most about this product?
HubSpot comes with a hefty price tag that may make it prohibitive for small businesses and startups. The high monthly fees for its software could put a strain on limited marketing budgets. Given the high costs, some businesses may find it difficult to justify HubSpot's expenses and adoption requires buy-in across the organization. While HubSpot offers advanced features, it may be more than what younger companies truly need.
