What differentiates HubSpot Service Hub from other similar products?
I think what differentiates HubSpot from other Service Hub providers is the excellent service by their support team. They always, I repeat, always help you with a solution. Their commendable knowledge of the product is of great help, whenever you might get stuck with something.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to automate a variety of functions using Workflows is my favourite aspect of the tool. Helps save a lot of time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
None, as of now :)
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for it. It might look a bit pricey in the beginning, but it is definitely worth every penny.

Great CRM! It’s a versatile tool for everyday use

What differentiates HubSpot Service Hub from other similar products?
When initially deciding on which software to use, Hubspot seemed to fit our needs the best with being able to manage calls and emails in one place. The plug-ins we have used work beautifully with HubSpot. I think what really set them apart from the others in the running was the fact that they listened to what I really needed and wanted and offered a great solution. My second choice seemed more focused on what they wanted me to have than listening to what I needed.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is very user friendly. It didn’t take much to get it set up and learn how to use and I’m confident I wouldn’t have to spend much time training new employees.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don’t particularly like the layout/format of how the emails appear in the inbox, but it’s probably something that could be adjusted. I just haven’t taken the time to do any research on this as it’s not really hindering me in any way.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Spend as much time with someone on their team understanding what they have to offer. Watch the videos provided on how the product works. They have a free version that you can use to see if it will fit your needs.
