What differentiates HubSpot Service Hub from other similar products?
The fact that I can obtain answers to my questions quickly and that everything is linked together means I don't have to switch between several apps. Hubspot's ability to sync with other programs and amass data is fantastic.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Having all of our customer data in one location and the ability to restrict access based on a user's role is a huge help to our organization. Without compromising the privacy of our sensitive data, we can give all members of the team access to the information they need to do their jobs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I'd appreciate a high-level explanation of how everything works together. Since I use Hubspot for a variety of functions, including sales, customer service, and marketing, I've discovered that there are occasions when something doesn't work in CS since we've used a different record in sales and our contacts reflect this.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
That I can eliminate the need of many platforms. This is the largest issue that Hubpsot has resolved for me; I love how I can use it for Sales, marking, and CS with no trouble at all; I simply need to link everything appropriately.

The interface of HubSpot Service Hub is so impressive and simple to understand. The support team of HubSpot Service Hub is also so helpful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
All the features of HubSpot Service Hub works well for us. I do not dislike anything about HubSpot Service Hub.

What differentiates HubSpot Service Hub from other similar products?
We utilize live chat on our website, and I appreciate how it's connected to the ticketing system so that, if necessary, discussions may be turned into tickets. We also value the ability to chat live outside of the HubSpot interface using Slack. Even the computer-illiterate individuals in our company found the UI to be incredibly user-friendly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is highly beneficial to keep consumers satisfied to have a ticketing system and real-time access for them to check the status of their tickets and even ask questions regarding the development. Additionally, designing personalized customer surveys is a great way to enhance services. CSAT and NPS surveys are fairly simple to set up. You can customize email surveys that HubSpot has already configured.
What do you dislike most about this product?
For heavy volume, the ticket system is not intended. No one on the team can be seen in the ticket. We miss emails unless we double-check our notifications if a consumer answers a closed ticket because it doesn't reopen. confined reporting Because there are so many features and functionalities, it is a little complicated.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
While it comes to having all the information required when assisting clients, the service system's connectivity with the rest of Hubspot is a huge benefit. The ticketing system's versatility enables us to keep track of several areas of our operations on simple-to-read status boards that display development and suggest future steps for our production process.
