It includes easy and effect CRM functionality considering marketing, operation and sales. It generates a complete overview of customers perspective.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very easy and useful for beginner users as it directs the users how to use it effectively. The support team is responsible and super supportive. It includes all the required functionalities in a single page.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I like all the features. But i think the templates are not easy to modify. The price is quite high and additional supportive features costs more money.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Any beginner can choice it as it allows simple and understandable operations.
