What I dislike most about HubSpot Service Hub is that some of the more advanced support features like custom SLAs, deep automation, or complex ticket routing are pretty basic unless you pay for higher tiers or add extra tools.

My favorite part is how everything’s connected from CRM to support tickets, this allows teams to get a full picture of the customer without jumping between tools. It just makes helping customers way easier.
