What differentiates Humi from other similar products?

They're an all-in one platform with a Canadian focus. Excellent service. Constantly evolving and advancing product offerings. They're awesome!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really appreciate the support team. But honestly, even just their time off management makes me very happy. Payroll admin is super easy. It's tough to pick a favourite!

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are no opportunities for supporting US employees unfortunately.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you know you're going to stay in Canada for now and in the future, I cannot recommend Humi highly enough. If you've got international employees, it may not be the best fit long-term.

What differentiates Humi from other similar products?

Humi provides simple to understand payroll and compensation management options that are intuitive for both management and staff.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Recording time off and marking down my time is extremely easy to do. Moreover, the profile/job overview gives me a good glimpse into where I have come from in my current role, and what my trajectory looks like.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The load times for the Paystub tab can be quite cumbersome most of the time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Humi is a superb option for those looking to have most (if not all) of their HR ducks in a single basket.

What differentiates Humi from other similar products?

There are several applications that have demonstrated the scope that working with them can have, but Humi has taken into account the Technological development in human resources that may exist when solving each of the problems that can be assisted in the shortest possible time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Humi is an aid that allows us to have a better commitment in personnel management and to know how to incorporate each one as soon as possible and thus generate more responsibility in each one, it is an application that has all the balance immediately in the work to have one of the adaptability of the staff in human resources.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At the moment I have no displeasure since it is a platform with a high scope in human resources to improve the work of each one in the longest possible time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Being able to recruit in a simple and practical way and thus have the ease of using and managing each of the employee profiles with greater monitoring of the assets in their documents and being able to recruit suitable talent with better quality.

Leave Management Tracking/administering employee leave, paid time off, short/long term leave (e.g. illness, personal, maternity, etc.), workflows for leave requests/approvals.

Employee Record Includes workforce and employee data such as contact information, address, phone, employee identifiers, employment history, hire and release dates, etc.

Position Management Ability to control attributes of job and position titles, org structure and charting, job descriptions, and roles and responsibilities.

Payroll Administration Includes basic payroll, taxes and other deductions, check runs, deposits, and pay stubs.

Time and Attendance Includes time tracking, attendance tracking, vacation tracking, PTO, sick and necessary leave tracking, and alert mechanisms.
