What differentiates Huntress Managed Security Platform from other similar products?

24/7 SOC included with EDR and MDR, Automated endpoint and cloud account isolation, automated endpoint remediations

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Automatic or Manual Remediations. SOC included. Account/Endpoint isolation

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some non-directly malicious things [PUPs] have gotten through. I wish there was a remote command line or powershell when an endpoint was in isolation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get it, you won't regret it.

What differentiates Huntress Managed Security Platform from other similar products?

Huntress is easier to use than other AVs. The deployment can be done in less than 1 minutes You can use a "1-time remediation click" to remediate the threats. The support team is 24/7 and they have a chat online. They always helped me with any question or issue.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy deployment and use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This product is not fully compatible with some legacy Windows OS versions and some macOS versions

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
