the peace of mind that we have now when an incident occurs in the middle of the night

What differentiates Huntress Managed Security Platform from other similar products?

Their innovation and the amount they give back to the IT community, Huntress releases alerts and fixes and offers training for the entire IT community, that is how we actually found them to begin with. They are very customer first and going above and beyond is just their normal.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use, helpfulness of support to resolve the actual issue not pass it off. Support will help you not only fix their software, but also resolve the security issues the software found. We feel like Huntress is more a part of our team then our vendor.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Better usages training would be helpful, its easy to pick up but new employees need some time to get up to speed. A video training series would be a great help.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't wait, not only are you getting a great product but a great partner that adds real value to your IT team.
