Customer support can be improved although it seems to be fine most of the days.

What differentiates HYPE Innovation from other similar products?

Easy to set boards up. Intuitive user interface. Nice visuals and graphs. Easy to export data. Good user support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Visual representation of ideas with an easy way to delve deeper in them. Easy to set up access to a large group of users. Intuitive user interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Price was high. We gave up using the product as we did not find any specific use case for it, and it was too expensive to keep on just hold.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend trying it out. Please take advantage of the training offered: I found the introduction to features effective. The boards are easy to set up and the software easy to use. I found Viima a good tool to engage participants from different locations in inspired dialogue. You may wish to export data for your own analytics as well.
