Being able to create multiple boards has helped with idea management and running internal hack events.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Adding ideas is quite easy and it had all the features we were looking for in terms of filtering ideas.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Additional value to users could potentially be offered through further integrations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is critical in executing ideas which previously would fail to be followed up on.

What differentiates HYPE Innovation from other similar products?

The Planbox tool has excellent responsiveness and flexibility. You can start innovation challenges in a day, based on your desire for personalization. But I do value the people on their team. As far as my interactions with them go, they are incredibly attentive and accommodating to the needs of their clients.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There is no better approach to start innovating in your business than working with the powerful consulting team at Planbox, which also aids in the evaluation of concepts. We are quite grateful for the invaluable experience we have gained; therefore, it is not just about the program, but also about the talented and knowledgeable team that created it. We're here in a good hand.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The platform's capacity to be customized causes problems occasionally, but the support staff is always available to assist. We are certain that they will resolve any difficulties we have promptly. Most commonly, the staff will have fixed the problem by the time you open a ticket and grab a coffee.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We have automated our brainstorming and development planning process with the aid of Planbox. Ideas were just being recorded in spreadsheets or getting lost in emails before Planbox, but now we have a centralized platform to gather, evaluate, and share them. The majority of our workers can utilize this platform easily and effectively without any additional training.
