Great dashboards and visualization tools Easy to customize and use. Great reports that can easily be intepreted.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Data import and export is enabled. High data security through high availability of data. IBM is a trusted vendor with great customer support base

No readily available training

Excellent user interface which helps even beginners to use IBM Cognos Analytics very easily.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Highly customisable dashboards which makes visualise data much easier.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Initially some dashboard customisation options are bit hard to understand. Following the documentations are also bit hard in the early days.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make a good understanding of the product and provide proper training to the people who are going to use this Software in you organisation. So that you can unlock the full potential of this product. Ultimately you will see the difference.
