What differentiates IBM Product Master from other similar products?

IBM Product Master offers a very simple interface but offers the widest amount of choice when it comes to features

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

IBM offer fast and efficient customer support, it has a really intuitive easy of use once set up - the cost is also very reasonable in relation to the caliber of services offered

What do you dislike most about this product?

The set up, to get this software running and streamlined it requires a lot of hours

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We have not been able to find a better fit for our business, it's complicated to set up, but again, easy to use and there is nothing similar to it - highly recommend for anyone looking to scale their operations
