What differentiates IBM Security QRadar SOAR from other similar products?

Triage and contextual intelligence is automated while conducting threat intelligence and it's at very high speeds. IBM QRadar is also unique because it offers an open architecture, allowing us to run deployments both on cloud and on premises depending with the environment. My team and I has grown to love Qradar because of the top analytics it delivers to help us handle confidently the most critical of threats.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The IBM QRadar NDR is able to detect very hidden threats on our systems. We facilitate trading of digital assets on our websites, by providing our traders with powerful trade tokens which makes us quite vulnerable to all kinds of cyber attacks. Now with IBM Security QRadar, we have a full scope of the threats on our systems and neutralize them instantly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is a lag from IBM in terms of version control - bugs! As the team lead in cyber security, I find the licensing model quite complex.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

IBM Security QRadar is like a single pane of glass for you to view security threats on your networks and take action. As a SIEM, it has plenty of complexities but I would suggest enrolling in SIEM training before taking up the solution.

You have better solutions out there with more maturity level. But if you have a tight budget, this will get the job done.
