What differentiates IBM Sterling Supply Chain Business Network from other similar products?

I beleive that IBM is leader in the Gartner supply chain quadrant. And yes it is more robust, scalable and reliable product solution for the businesses today and it is now leveraging AI too so it is going to be one of the best performers in the e-commerce industry with no doubt.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's flexible enough to cater almost all the change requests from stakeholders and we have greater monitoring and control over all our environments and that is I think is the part which I like the most about it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes, IBM client services team takes time to resolve some kind of environment issues from their end and sometimes but quite rarely we may have to escalate the ticket or PMR for getting resolution quickly or make the issue resolve faster.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say it is offcourse one of the best solutions available in the industry and you can go for it for sure.

IBM sterling supply chain business network great features and capabilities is what distinguishes it from the other platforms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that on a single business network, this platform unifies supply chain data, insights and actions across your customers, partners and suppliers. Simplified B2B integrations. Easy to use and flexible to onboard new partners quickly. AI powered data insight to help detect anomalies and take collective action to avoid disruptions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Steep learning curve. The platform requires training to fully understand it

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For faster and easier store and site management and multichannel fulfillment, this platform provides businesses with tools and e commerce features.if you are looking to drive your revenue growth, then IBM sterling supply chain business network is for you.
